Ford Express Service
Our Ford Express Service is specifically designed to help you save time. During our Ford Express Service, two of our Ford-trained technicians will team up and carry out a Scheduled* or Essential Service on your car / commercial vehicle.
We aim to complete your service within one hour. During this time, you can sit comfortably in our ‘relax zone’ in the showroom and enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and WIFI.
Having two technicians carry out a Scheduled or Essential Service on your car or commercial vehicle means a quicker service.
A quicker service means less downtime, so you can make better use of the time you gain.
If you choose to wait with us, you can enjoy free WiFi connectivity and hot drinks in a sanitised workplace. Make a conference call, chat with your family or relax while you check your social media.

Extended Opening Hours
Our Transit Service sites are open a minimum of 60 hours per week / 11 hours a day Mon-Fri including weekend openings. Please contact us for more information.
Collection and delivery
Collection and delivery takes place on appointment and within a reasonable traveling time priced at £10 – during this your vehicle will also have complimentary valeting!
MOTs and more
MOTs (including Class 4, 5 and 7 tests), tachograph servicing and speed limiting (VOSA approved – Vehicle and Operator Services Agency).
Unscheduled repairs
When your commercial vehicles are out of work, so are your drivers. Our priority is to get both back on the road as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Priority treatment for urgent repairs
Initial diagnosis on urgent (vehicle off-road) repairs is carried out to same-day-inspection, and parts ordered where necessary. Our aim at Fordthorne Transit Centre is to complete most repairs the same working day (Please note, this is all dependable on the vehicle and the work needed).
Ford parts availability
We have many Official Ford Parts in stock, however, if the part you are looking for isn’t in stock with us – this can be ordered to arrive for 9am the following morning (note well, for remote regions of the UK, the parts will be delivered by 12 noon).
Genuine Ford parts quality
All parts are designed and engineered by Ford, to Ford standards. Parts fitted to a vehicle outside of warranty carry a ‘fitted in service’ parts warranty. We also stock a wide range of commercial vehicle tyres.

Ford Protect Service Plan Important Information
*£14.35 exc. VAT Ford Protect Service plan for three years based on up to 37,500 miles. Applies to Ranger, Transit Custom and Transit. Excludes All-Electric Ford E-Transit.
Transit / Custom plan includes 1 service based on 2 Year / 25,000 mile service interval. Ranger plan includes up to 3 services based on 2 Year / 12,500 mile service interval. Roadside Assistance included for the duration of the plan. Wear and Tear not included and may incur additional charges.
Ford Protect Service Plan must be purchased before the vehicle’s first service is due or up 12 months old whichever is the sooner. Requires Direct Debit arrangement with our payment administrator BAAC (Business Administration & Consulting Limited). Based on 36 direct debit monthly payments plus an administration fee of £25 paid with the first monthly payment.
